Bangor, Maine went nationwide last night!

This morning on the air, Todd Simcox told me that somehow, the WABI morning news team showed up on the Late Show with David Letterman last night, but were never really ON the show.

During Dave's monologue, a fake "breaking news" warning flashed across the screen from TV-5. Turns out that Dave's people grabbed video of Todd, Wayne and Joy, talking about "National Bologna Day" and then aired about a minute of the Bangor newscast, then cut back to Dave.
