A Reddit User Asks ‘Who is Maine’s Most Popular Meteorologist?’

It should be fairly obvious who our choice is!

I love causally surfing Reddit, because you find a ton of interesting topics and opinions on a variety of topics. Best of all, it comes without all the judgement and nastiness of Twitter & Facebook. It's a chill place to hang.

A Reddit user on a Maine themed page, posed an interesting question.."Who is Maine's most popular meterologist?"

Between all the local Bangor & Portland TV stations, there are plenty of options to choose from across the state of Maine.

As you can imagine, we have a soft spot in our heart for WABI-TV 5's Todd Simcox, who has been a great friend to all of our radio stations for many years.

And hey, let's not forget he is also a bona fide salsa mogul, who has a warm, funny personality, that endears him to the many viewers of Channel 5. We are lucky to have him on our team!

Keith Carson used to be cool. Then when he came back to Maine after working at the Weather Channel, he decided he was a celebrity. It's like, uhhhh dude... You're a meteorologist, not a rock star. But such is often the case with people in the TV biz.
