Oh, how I wish there could be a rematch right now!

Being stuck inside to quarantine took an especially painful turn for me, when the parks and basketball courts were shut down, because I had planned to take all the free time currently on my hands to shoot some hoops everyday! Hopefully I will be able to soon, until then I have a sweet #tbt flashback to enjoy.

When he's not screaming like a madman doing play-by-play for the MDI Trojans on the flamethrower of Downeast Maine, WDEA radio, the one and only Chris Popper takes his skills to the courts.

The amazing courts near Pendelton Street in Brewer, were the setting back in 2015, when Chris and I decided we should play a game of "Horse", except we would call it "Oh Hi", which is of course Popper's now legendary catch phrase. His only hope of beating me was the patented "Granny Shot". He failed.
