Saddleback Mountain, located in Rangeley, offers a unique blend of scenic trails, stunning views, and authentic Maine hospitality.
They opened for the 2025-2026 season on December 5th. Can you dine at The Nest, Thursday-Sunday, from 10am-3pm
The mountain offers a range of trails for all skill levels, from gentle beginner slopes to more challenging advanced runs.

And when it comes to other types of entertainment, they have a restaurant that you have to see to believe.
High atop the Rangeley Quad side of the mountain at 3,620′ in elevation and tucked into the trees, The Nest is Saddleback’s is an unreal on-mountain dining experience.
One side of the restaurant is made entirely of glass, offering some killer, eye popping views of Rangeley and Mooselookmeguntic Lakes, so while you dine, can enjoy a great meal, while getting a breathtaking look at the mountain.
The restaurant's design features large sliding windows, a living roof covered in ferns and native lowbush blueberries, and locally sourced materials like pine boards, stained with oil and pine tar.
The Nest features an 80-seat dining area and 14-seat bar, which can easily transform into an event or wedding space too.
They even have a ski-up food kiosk and bar for skiers who want to eat without going inside.
What's on the menu? House-made treats like New England beef sliders, chowders and hand-pies, steaming bowls of Ramen noodles, creative cocktails and lots more.
There is one catch however, The Nest is open to ticketed skiers and riders only, so If you plan to visit this ski season, be sure to check the hours of operation and plan your trip accordingly
