The actor was a little foggy on whether or not he had performed in the Pine Tree State before.

Earlier this week, actor/musician Kevin Bacon stopped by “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to promote his new Peacock movie “They/Them”, but he also is out touring with his band, which recently played at the Waterville Opera House.

It turns out that when Bacon had questioned whether they had played in Maine before, his drummer said “Yeah, in Portsmouth”, to which Kevin quickly pointed out that Portsmouth is actually in New Hampshire!

The Bacon Brothers, consist of Kevin and his brother, Michael, and you can check out some video of their gig at the Waterville Opera House, a few week back, on July 31st.

Jimmy Fallon is no stranger to New England either. He has been spotted visiting three times in the last 5 years.

First, in 2017, at Downeast Brewery in Lubec, where he was hanging out, and knocking a few cold ones back with SNL legend, Lorne Michaels.

In 2020, he posted a video from Quoddy Head State Park, at the lighthouse, where he smartly pointed out that it is the easternmost point in the continental United States.

And last year, he visited Story Land, in New Hampshire

Come back and see us anytime Jimmy, and bring Kevin Bacon with you!!
