It is about to be a wild day here in the State of Maine. Heavy rain and strong winds are expected to hit us throughout the day, with the evening hours in particular, being the hardest hitting.

With these conditions, it is inevitable that many people either already have, or will lose power, especially if those lines get bogged down with snow. The stupid wind doesn't help either!

Interior Hancock, and Southern Penobscot Counties.

Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.

Widespread power outages are expected.

Today-An icy mix to start, transitioning to rain, winds gusting to 45 mph. Highs in the 50's

Tonight-Rain, heavy at times, winds gusting up to 65 mph. Lows in the 40's

Thursday-Partly to mostly sunny. Highs in the mid 40's
