Watch Well Known Mainers Share Thoughts On David Letterman’s Retirement [VIDEO]

As David Letterman gets ready to ride off into the TV sunset, some well known Maine admirers share their thoughts.

Our old pal Danny Cashman of The Nite Show, recently aired a tribute to Dave and asked me if I wanted to express just what Letterman has meant to me over the years and unfortunately I was sick the day he was going to stop by the Z studio to film a quick segment. He did however, round up a list of people you will instantly recognize.

Bob Marley, Tim Sample, Mike Dow. Ric Tyler (eating a Pop Tart for some reason) Chris Ewing, Jon Small, Caitlyn Burchill, Jeff Parsons and Maine Secretary of State, Matt Dunlap, all appear on this video clip.

As for me, I remember sneaking downstairs in high school to watch Dave and he has had a profound impact on my rather sarcastic sense of humor, and late nights will never be the same when he goes next Wednesday.
