Looking for a fun way to celebrate Halloween that requires a little movement?  Check out the Haunted Trails event happening this weekend in Orono.

The event will be this Sunday, October 28th starting at 5:30 P.M. at the University of Maine Football Field.  Kids of all ages are welcome but those 12 and under must have an adult.
This event is run by and helps to support the University of Maine Track & Field Program, the UMaine American Marketing Association (AMA) and the Sophomore Owls and Eagles Societies.
Where your halloween costume and run or walk the trails of the University of Maine.  You'll get a glow stick since it's a dusk event, which adds to the spookiness, and there will also be music and candy.
After the race they'll have prizes for costumes for categories like:
  • Best Couples Costume
  • Scariest Costume
  • Funniest Costume
Prizes include gift cards to local businesses.
