This Firefighter’s Proposal Sets A High Bar [VIDEO]

Nothing can be more nerve wracking than being the one to pop the big question.  But something tells me this guy knew it was going to be a definite yes.

Check out this video from Fayetteville, North Carolina where firefighter Ashton Hanway took to climbing atop a fire engine to pop the question to his soon-to-be-fiance, Lauren.

The proposal required a team of firefighters, a well placed fire hose, and one classic romantic Celine Dion song.

The video shows the couple on top of a fire truck posing for a couple of pictures, because that's what you do when you visit a fire station.  An alarm goes of that summons a pair of firefighters into the adjacent fire department vehicle.  As they drive out of the bay, a marriage proposal is scrawled on the floor of the bay hidden by the leaving vehicle.

Lauren's face when she reads the message is priceless.  And that song.... at that moment!  Good job, Ashton.  Looks like Lauren is going to have a sweet gentleman to live along side with.
