Hozier Is Already In Bangor Ahead Of Wednesday’s Concert
There was music pumping throughout the Bangor Waterfront yesterday!
Hozier will bring his "Unreal Unearth Tour 2024" to the Maine Savings Amphitheater, on the Bangor Waterfront, tomorrow night, but the word on the street is that he is already in town.
Monday afternoon, several people on Facebook commented that they could hear some loud rock music coming from the Maine Savings Amphitheater, not uncommon on a show day, but this was a little different.
Turns out that Hozier and his band, are taking advantage of a few days off, to rehearse before Wednesday's much anticipated, sold-out concert.
The fun part today and early tommorow, will be looking for potential sightings around town, I mean the guy has to eat, right?
Andrew John Hozier-Byrne, known to music fans, as Hozier, is a singer and songwriter. His music is an exciting mix of from folk, soul and blues, and often uses religious and literary themes and a political or social justice stance.
His debut single, "Take Me to Church", was a huge pop hit, back in 2013. His debut studio album has been certified 6× platinum in Ireland and multi-platinum in several countries. The most recent album "Unreal Unearth" was released in August of last year, and features the #1 hit "Too Sweet"
Even if you don't spot him around the bangor area in the next 36 hours before the show, if you are lucky enough to have a ticket tomorrow night, you are in for one of the best concerts of the summer!
