The Fiddlehead Restaurant In Bangor To Re-Open February 2
Once again, you can experience fine dining here in the Bangor area
Starting tomorrow, and lasting at least throughout the month of February, and possibly into March, The Fiddlehead Restaurant, located at 84 Hammond Street in Downtown Bangor, will open its doors to serve up high-end American cuisine with global influences plus wine & craft cocktails.
The announcement was posted yesterday on Facebook, by owners Laura Peppard and Melissa Chaiken.
Originally, they had stated that the last day of 2022, would be the final day of operations, as they prepare to sell the restaurant to new owners, but until that officially happens, they will be open again on a limited basis.
Now that may hamper your Valentine's Day plans, but you should definitely take the opportunity to dine there again before ownership changes hands.
They feature a mouth-watering menu of delicious dishes, including steaks, seafood, and burgers, Plus, a creative array of cocktails, a dazzling wine list, and a great selection of beers.
As stated in the post, they will no longer be taking reservations and will be open by announcement each week, for the time being.
You may remember that back in 2020, Chef Melissa Chaiken competed on Food Network's series "Chopped."
They have also been featured on the excellent program "Made In Maine."
