Feels like we've had enough of this already for a while.

Rain, snow and wind will arrive in Bangor and downeast sometime late Saturday morning, and this latest weather "event" will continue until sometime late Sunday morning.

Although the Bangor area can expect up to 3 inches of wet heavy snow throughout the period, The National Weather Service now tells that the majority of snowfall from this nor'easter will stay further north, with places like Greenville receiving up to 14 inches of snowfall.  Downeast areas like Bar Harbor and Machias could see an inch of snow, but that may be washed away by what we now expect for rain.

There could be 1 to 3 inches of snow on the ground in Bangor by Sunday morning.  There will be a mixture of snow and rain downeast with a low temperature of 31 degrees throughout Saturday night.

Snow is likely in Bangor before 8 a.m. Sunday, then mostly cloudy with scattered snow showers throughout the day and the winds will still be gusting up to 31 mph.  Rain will continue on and off throughout early Sunday morning downeast, where that area could end up with up to 2 inches of rainfall.
