Brewer is set to welcome a new Wendy’s location, while Bangor is also getting a new Arby’s, adding even more fast-food choices for local diners, but one national chain could greatly benefit by adding a second Bangor area restaurant!

The restaurant is incredibly popular around here, so would another Chick-fil-A really be a bad thing?

They are one of the largest fast-food chains in the United States, with thousands of locations across the country. Yet despite its popularity, Maine has only a couple of locations, one in Bangor and one at Rock Row in Westbrook.

The Chick-fil-A on Stillwater Avenue, has quickly become a favorite for many in the Bangor area thanks to its friendly customer service, efficient operations, and, of course, the food. The restaurant has earned plenty of praise for its drive-thru, which can sometimes stretch a long way down the lot but still moves surprisingly fast.

While the Bangor location is known for getting customers in and out quickly, making the trip to that side of town isn’t always convenient for everyone. That got us thinking: Where would another Chick-fil-A fit best in the Bangor area?

Their menu offers a variety of options, including breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and nuggets, all made with the quality ingredients that have helped make the chain so popular.

Will Bangor ever get a second Chick-fil-A? Only time will tell. But with just two locations currently serving the entire state of Maine, you may not want to start counting on it just yet.
