As with all things 2020 related, things are going to be a bit different this year in reguards to the holidays. COVID-19 has made it much more difficult to enjoy the eventgs and tradtions that we all look forward to each Christmas, but it doesn't mean we can't still celebrate, and this weekend will be fun for the whole family, with two big events in Bangor

This Saturday from 9am-3pm at the Anna Shrine, located at 1404 Broadway in Bangor, there will be contactless drive-thru visits with none other than Santa Claus himself. Here is how it all works. Santa will sit in his sleigh as you arrive in your vehicle to talk with Santa, and if you would like a photo, there will be a designated area for your children and family to stand. You will have to take your own picture, due to Covid concerns.

The second part of the day at the Anah Shrine will include a wreath sale that was originally schedueled for last Saturday. This is also will be a drive-thru only event. As with Santa, it will take place from 9am-3pm. The cost for a beautiful holiday wreath is just $25, and is sure to bring joy to your entire family. Best of all, the proceeds will benefit the Shriner’s Hospitals in Boston and Springfield, Massachusetts.

So mask up and head to the Anah Shrine this Saturday, to see Santa Claus, grab a festive holiday wreath and support a very worthy cause!
