Man Caught Stealing Mannequin-Goes Back For Lingerie[VIDEO]

Arthur Ray Brown couldn't find the perfect woman, so he stole one.

Arthur stole a mannequin from an adult entertainment store in Bainbridge, Washington, but did not get caught until he returned for a second time to steal some lingerie for his new lady.

Store surveillance cameras caught him wearing a brown wig and smashing through the glass door of the store.

He was apprehended on his bike the next morning, leaving bike tracks and a trail of adult toys in his path.
