Mainer Fixes Bad Road Himself [VIDEO]
He's no longer between a rock and a hard place...
When you live in the state of Maine, weather creates havoc on our roads, it's just a fact of life that we deal with everyday. One YouTube user decided to take matter into his own hands, and just happened to document it for all of us to enjoy.
On the Ellingwood Road in West Paris, Maine, Matthew Burke was agitated by a giant rock, so he pulled over, grabbed a shovel and a drill, put down a construction cone for good measure, and proceeded to blast the rock out of the ground, then cover it up with some dirt. Problem solved.
The best part of the video is the the production value of the video, which included an overhead shot of his truck, the road, and the rock too. Don't miss the big finale, where Matthew ties the rock with a ribbon, and places it on the side of the road.
