Hirundo Wildlife Refuge in Old Town is hosting a full weekend of outside activities to enjoy fall in Maine.

September 21st and September 22nd you can do a ton of activities that explore the refuge, practicing sporting skills, eating delicious food, checking out local crafters and learning and experiencing the nature of the wildlife refuge.

Saturday, September 21st

 

Leaf Peeping Paddle: 9-11am (RESERVATIONS NEEDED)

NATURE MADE MARKET: 10-3pm (FREE) (scroll for vendors)
Live Owl Visit: 11am
Arts and Crafts booths (all day)
Food and Beverage (all day)
Archery
Kids in Nature Activities: touch tables, STEM program (with
Maine Science Festival), guided walk, and more
Silent Auction (all day)

Sunset Paddle: 5-7pm (RESERVATIONS NEEDED)

Sunday, September 22nd
Leaf Peeping Paddle: 11am-1pm (RESERVATIONS NEEDED)
Fungi Foraging Workshop: 10am-2pm (RESERVATIONS NEEDED)
