Cori’s Not-So-Great-Morning…Can You Relate?

I just had this sneaking suspicion, when I woke up this morning, that I should have stayed right in bed. I'd be warm, safe and happy! Nothing could possibly go wrong, right?!

But I'm a mom. And I'm single, at that. I don't have the luxury of staying put. Who'd get my kids up out of bed, feed them and drop them off to school? There's no one else to do that job.

So I dragged myself out of bed, and started to herd the kids in the general direction of their clothes, then their breakfast.

When we work as a team, things go smoothly, for the most part. When even one kid is having an off morning, the whole thing can go to pot quickly...and often does (if I'm being honest!)

I'm usually the mom at drop off that pulls up with 30 seconds till the bell rings, pop open the door and yells "RUN! RUN! RUN!" at my kids.

Who doesn't like to start the morning with an Adrenaline rush, right?!

But today was just a giant cluster of fun, better explained in this video than anything I could write.
