Tuesday, December 18th, the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Bangor will be hosting a social to chat about the year that they had and the new one to come at their new location!

The social will be starting at 5:30 PM and go until 7:30 PM at their new location at 378 Harlow Street in Bangor.

This social will be a way for this year's volunteers to gather and look back at another productive year with the organization.  The social is also looking to bring in people who want to volunteer for next year's Habitat for Humanity projects.

According to the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Bangor's website the organization seeks to connect Bangor area families with their forever home:

A family’s partnership with Habitat means they have a stable place to live and to spend time together. An affordable mortgage means they have a chance to create savings and invest in their education. A decent roof over their heads establishes home as a place that protects — instead of endangering — their health.

To benefit from the organization, to donate or volunteer, check out their website.
