The soon-to-be Bangor Waterfront performer, is #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with his song "Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman?"
2001 - All the Ladies ;)
Christina Aguilera, Missy Elliott, Pink, Mya and Lil' Kim take the Top 40 by storm with a lady driven powerhouse anthem of Patty Labelle's "Lady Marmalade". The song was done for the movie Moulin Rouge starring Nicole Kidman.
2002 - Eminem
The Detroit Rapper hits #1 with "The Eminem Show" in United States and in the United Kingdom.
2007 - Rihanna
Rhi Rhi is #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Umbrella" featuring Jay Z.
2012 - One Direction
One Direction is all over the charts when they release the video Up All Night: The Live Tour debuts at #1 on the Billboard Music Video Sales chart while their song "What Makes You Beautiful" peaks at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100.
2017 - Ariana Grande
Ariana plays weeks after the terriorist bombing at the Manchester Arena. The concert is the benefit concert for the bombing, titled "One Love Manchester", and takes place about three miles from the Manchester Arena.
