Every week the Z will post a question to all you fans about what you think about this or that. It could be a national craze or just a hot topic on the station for the week. You hear our thoughts on the airwaves and we're bringing it to the internet with our 'Tell the Z' weekly poll.

Check out this week's question below and see how the DJs (Kid, Sarah and Cori) answered below.  You ready?  Let's do this.

Let your thoughts be known:

This month is Lyme Disease Awareness Month. Lyme disease is transmitted by ticks, which have become a big problem here in the State of Maine.

Have you ever found a tick on you?

Kid

No. Much like a vampire‍♀️, I avoid the outdoors and daylight as much as possible. This makes no sense because I live in Maine, but I am what I am. However, I do know people who have contracted Lyme disease and it is no picnic.

Sarah

Yes. Actually I found one crawling on me in my house last week! Luckily, it wasn't biting me but, definitely has made me alarmed at their presence on my property and even in my house.  Daily checks are in place as are pants and long sleeved shirts when we go outside. I'm working on clearing my property of leaves, as much as I can, cause I know that's where they like to hang out. We'll also be looking into control services.

Cori

Yes. I’ve found them on my, the dog, my kids and sometimes just randomly crawling around my house. I usually spray the kids down with a homemade spray that’s worked (knock on wood) really well. The only time we find them is when we don’t use the spray. But this year I’m actually having the yard sprayed, just to be safe. I also just read about these rock boxes you can put in your yard. There’s bait in them and little critters like squirrels and chipmunks go in, get treated for ticks and leave, with tick deterrent on them. I guess it’s supposed to prevent them from being carriers? I may look into that, too. We have a ton of squirrels in our yard. That reminds me, I’ve got to get one of those tick spoons. It’s so gross to do it with tweezers. Want to try those!

Alright, Z Nation, now it's your turn to answer this week's Z Nation Sound Off question.
