June 23rd is National Pecan Sandies Day.  Have you ever had a Pecan Sandy?

No. No bake cookies RULE. Plus, Chips Ahoy

Yes.  However, not a big fan of the Pecan Sandie.  I haven't had one in a while so, maybe I need to give my adult tastebuds a try with this one.  Usually I prefer a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie, oreos, or a no-bake.  Summertime is a good time for a Pecan Sandy- maybe it's time.
