Could you unplug from your electronics for a day?

Yes.  I think I can manage ONE day without electronics.

Yes, BUT, I would have to know about it before hand.  If it's a surprise, like the power going out, I won't be happy and could result in negative happenings.

No.  I want to click yes. I really do. And honestly, I could probably do it. But,I feel like when the day actually came, and it's time for me to put my phone down for a day, I would find some reason to back out. I mean, if I forget my phone when I come to work, I feel out of sorts all day long. I think I may have a problem.....hahaha

Yes. I think they can be distractions from what's most important to us, and usually right in front of us. Always happy to put that focus back on actual people, not robots!
