BBQ and Beer.  You just can't go wrong.

BBQ & Beer- I like food and I like the get togetherness of the celebrations.  But, I will say, the wonder of fireworks is something that always feels comforting and nostalgic.

I want to say both, but I'm too lazy to fight the crowds, and deal with parking and all that stuff to enjoy the fireworks. So, that technically makes a BBQ and beer guy. But I do like things that blow up.
