I see this all the time driving in Downtown Bangor. People cross the street without looking up! The are either distracted by their phone and texting, or they have music cranked in their earbuds. It drives me insane.

A guy was almost run over by a motorcycle after he mindlessly jaywalked in Manchester, England.
