A man was filmed riding a kid's push scooter through a busy freeway tunnel in Sydney, Australia, leaving drivers angry and confused as to why anyone would attempt such a crazy stunt.

He was cruising along at a good enough clip, that he was able to elude the tunnel's operators who got on the loudspeaker urging him to pull over.

The man turned himself into the local police department after seeing footage of himself on the news and was later fined $71 for his troubles.
