No joke--in a recent scientific study released last week, scientist said the key to a skeeter-free back-yard BBQ might just be to blast some Dubstep! Apparently, as much as it annoys your neighbors, music like Skrillex's "Scary Monsters and Nice Sprites"--(which is the exact song these science folks used in their tests) also annoys and confuses Mosquitos!

Yup.

You read that right.

They're not fans.

Scientists said that during the test, the low-frequency vibrations of the song messed with the Mosquito-mojo, getting them entirely out of the mood to breed (not unlike some of the human species when listening to EDM music) and also confused their feeding receptors (so they don't really feel like eating...which is cool, since we're usually the ones on their menu!)

So there ya go. You could head to the store, buy a can of Off and hope for the best, while smelling up your entire yard, or you could invest in a kickin' sound system, turn up those speakers, and put this sucker on a perpetual loop!

Take a listen and see what you think!
