Who wants a doughboy?

After the harsh reality of 2020, where just about everything got cancelled or postponed, we now have things to look forward to once again. There is finally light at the end of a very dark COVID-19 tunnel, and before you know it, you will once again be enjoying all the things you didn't get to do last year. Baseball games, concerts, and of course, it just wouldn't be summer and fall in the state of Maine without the fair!

The folks at Mainefairs.org have released the scheduled dates for the 2021 State Fair season, including the iconic Bangor State Fair, which cranks things up at the end of July.

Of course social distancing measures will be in place, and you will have to mask up, but the thought of going on rides, playing games, and enjoying French fries with vinegar on a hot summer day is too good to pass up.
