Ronald McDonald House Bangor Charity Auction Begins Today

16^th annual Purses with Purpose charity auction benefiting Ronald McDonald House begins today at Noon. Here is the link to get signed up to bid on items.

Yes the auction is called Purses with Purpose, and there are a lot of purses and wallets and totes, and clutches and satchels and bags and on and on. But please know that the auction is not just purses. Lots of other items up for auction, including hand crafted jewelry, household items, gift cards and more. Or if you are so inclined a button just to donate and not participate in the auction.

The auction opens for the first bid at noon today (Monday the 21^st) and closes bids at Noon on Thursday the 24^th.

Ronald McDonald House is a no fee home away from home for families of hospitalized patients. The facility provides a comfortable place to stay for those with children in the hospital avoiding daily travel for those outside the immediate area. The auction benefits all Ronald McDonald House of Maine programs and once again this year is a virtual only event.

As they say, bid early, bid often and when you get your heart set on something make sure you’re checking back on Thursday morning for your chance to be the winning bid.
