Portland Man Accused Of Killing Partner

A Portland man is charged with murder for the death of his domestic partner at their Dorothy Street home.

Anthony Leng was arrested Saturday morning for the death of 36-year-old Sokha Khuon, who was his domestic partner. The two shared a house on Dorothy Street, with their children. Police found Khuon in the home on January 7th, when they responded to a report from neighbors of shots fired. The couples' 10- and 15-year-old children, who were found in the house, were not harmed. They're now staying with relatives.

Police said in a post on their Facebook page that an autopsy by the State Medical Examiner's office determined Khuon died of multiple gunshot wounds. Her death was ruled a homicide.

Portland Police offer condolences to Ms. Khuon's family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors, stating that domestic violence murders are tragic and devastating.
