🍎 Ready to get your apple on?

Apple season is officially getting started, and Maine orchards are celebrating with the 26th annual Maine Apple Sunday on September 13th!

Organized by the Maine State Pomological Society, the event marks the start of peak apple season, when some summer apples are still hanging around and the main crop is ready for picking.

From Wells to Caribou, orchards around the state are opening their doors with fresh-picked apples, cider donuts, wagon rides, pick-your-own fun, special treats, and plenty of reasons to spend the day outside.
