A full month of scary Sunday afternoons are headed to Orono! Enter, if you dare...

Sure, you can go trick-or-treating, head to a haunted house, or go to a Halloween party, but if you are looking for something fun & different, we found an event that might interest you.

The Versant Power Astronomy Center & Jordan Planetarium, located at 167 Rangeley Road in Orono, brings the universe to you, with public programs, family shows, music shows, school field trips and group tours. This Halloween holiday season they have a special month long celebration of our favorite spooky time of year.

Monster Mash: A Holiday Spooktacular! is a month long event that features a menacing myriad of modern and classic Halloween tunes set to planetarium visuals. It's sure to be a "Thriller"
