Stop in and say goodbye to MaMa D!

Change is sometimes an inevitable part of life, but it can be difficult when something becomes part of your life and daily routine, but after an amazing 35 year run here in the Bangor area, the folks at MaMa D Thai Cuisine Restaurant, 128 Main Street, are moving on to new things.

Yesterday, the news dropped that Mama D herself will retire, so the business will be passed on to new ownership.

August 20th, will be MaMa D's final day at the restaurant, so that gives you a few weeks to stop in, eat some incredible food and visit her one final time.

I know personally, that I have to stop in one more time and grab some of their delicious crab rangoon.

They are promising a smooth transition with the new owners, and also want you to know, that it will remain a Thai restaurant in the future.

Before they say farewell, you can still drop by, during the following hours:

Monday 4pm–9pm
Tuesday 11am-9pm
Wednesday 11am-9pm
Thursday 11am–9pm
Friday 11am–10pm
Saturday 11am-10pm
Sunday 11am–9pm
Monday 4pm–9pm
Tuesday 11am-9pm

Thank you, MaMa D, for being a part of the Bangor community for 35 amazing years!

And we can't forget the incredible, soups, pho, noodles, fried rice, curries, apps & entrees!

If you have never been, check out their menu and say goodbye to Mama D!
