Do you have old electronics sitting around collecting dust?  Do you want to get rid of them safely?  Do you want to do it for a good cause?

Then, check out Challenger's E-Waste Disposal day coming up Saturday, April 28th from 9 AM - 1 PM at the Challenger Learning Center in Bangor.

This is an annual event the Challenger Learning Center puts on as a way for residents and businesses of the Bangor area and beyond to safely dispose of their e-waste as well as help fundraise money to help the center "inspire Maine students in science and math learning," according to it's Facebook event.

 

Suggested cash donations are $10 for your first item and $5 for each additional item.  Each gift of $25 or more will receive a special "thank you" gift.

If you are business that is interested in contributing and would rather drop off items on Friday before the event, the center can make special arrangements to accept your items earlier.  Call 990-2900 x 4 for details.
