Downtown Bangor Announces Winter Fest 2017

Food and drink samples, music, demonstrations, corn hole, and lots more to fill Downtown Bangor for sure to be fun festival!

In order to break up the long winter and a lull in community events downtown Bangor introduces 'Winter Fest 2017' February 18th from 10AM to 7PM. So dress like a lumberjack and join in! Many local businesses will be offering different things to see and do like Mexicali Blues where you can get a Henna Tattoo, The Charles Inn where you can get a historical tour and waffle samples, or make s'mores in the square with Specialty Sweets.

The cast of 'Lumberjacks in Love' will be singing songs from the show before a production of the play at the Penobscot Theatre, Camden National Bank will be sponsoring Corn hole Tournaments. You can make a plant terrarium at the Maine Discovery Museum and decorate cookies at Happy Endings as well. There are a lot of other events and things to see and taste planned also.
