Don’t Miss Two Bangor Area ‘Trunk-Or-Treat Events
Take the kids and enjoy an afternoon of safe trick-or-treating!
Halloween is one of the best times of the year, because there are so many fun events that the whole family can enjoy.
Maine Trunk-or-Treaters, there are lots of events coming up in the next few months, that you need to check out.
There is a new trend in the last few years that is changing the way that people go trick or treating. It's called Trunk-or-Treating, and the premise is simple:
A bunch of parents get together in a school or church parking lot, deck out their car trunks with Halloween decorations, and let the kids go from car to car, collecting candy. With that in mind, there will be several of these events happening in the greater Bangor area that the kiddos will love.
On Saturday, October 26th, from 2pm-4pm, (or until the candy runs out!) St. Joseph Healthcare will hold a trunk-or-treat, at 900 Broadway, in Bangor.
This is a FREE event, and parking is available at Building 3's parking lot. The Trick or Treating is happening at Building 5's parking lot.
They suggest that you wear walking-friendly shoes, since there is a short distance of 300 feet between these lots.
Wear your Halloween costumes and have some fun with St. Joe's!
St. Joe's employees will be decorating their trunks, so be sure to participate in the Trunk Judging Contest.
Then on Thursday, October 31st, from 4pm-6pm, check out the Adventure Maine Trunk-or-Treat, at the Bangor Mall
The Adventure Maine team is partnering with Furniture Mattresses & More, for their first trunk or treat. Bring the kids out to see some awesome vehicles and grab some candy!
