Donations Welcomed for ‘Christmas In July’ Campaign For Maine Children’s Home
The Maine Children's Home for Little Wanderers is looking for your donations this July.
The Waterville-based organization provides services for families all over the state with resources and assistance to help families in our communities with parental support with a focus on safety, health and respect. The organization helps with services that include family counseling, teen parent education, and family adoption, among other services.
Throughout the year, you can donate new items for their Christmas Program. Clothes, dolls, bicycles and fishing poles are a few of the items on the list with specific sizes and price points, which you can view and donate via the Mainechildrenshome.org website.
Right now the organization is launching their 'Christmas In July' program where you can donate in a variety of ways to help families across the state get necessities during the summertime. Here are the ways that you can donate and help out this Maine organization:
Check out their Amazon Wishlist
The organization has their own Amazon Wishlist that you can peruse and select an item to purchase as a donation for their 'Christmas In July' program. The list includes fun family games, educational baby toys, coloring books and books.
You can donate directly to the organization from their website. Choose $10, $20, $50 or 'other amount' and even where you want the money directed towards. Donate with PayPal or with Debit/Credit Card.
Purchase gifts and drop off at participating Credit Unions or at the organization
Specifics requested for the July campaign are coloring books for kids ages four to twelve, crayons, colored pencils and board games for all ages.
