All of your fans are sorry for your loss, Bob

Just a few days ago, we told you about Maine's favorite comedian, Bob Marley, and his adventures in Bar Harbor, exploring Thunder Hole, at Acadia National Park. Unfortunately he to share the sad news yesterday on Facebook, that his mother Marcia, had passed away.

Here is his official quote:

Hello friends
My mom passed away yesterday. This is a FB post from about 10 yrs ago. People often ask me if my family members know that I talk about them. The answer is yes MOST of them do. Both of my parents loved it when I talked about them on stage and I will continue to do that and honor them. I hope this makes you laugh a little. Love you all!
Love you mom❤️

You almost feel as though you know her yourself, because Bob is so open and funny about all of his family members, and bases a big part of his act around them.

In the post, he shares a bit of a funny, and kinda NSFW, old video of him interviewing his mom.

Our thoughts go out to his family, friends, and many fans

The best therapy for a loss can be laughter, and Bob has been out there on the road this summer, performing his Maine brand of humor, all over New England, and if you would like to see him in the Bangor area, we have some good news.

A second show has been added for his stop at the Collins Center for The Arts in Orono, on Saturday, October 1st. Get all the info on tickets at his website

He will also hit the Waterville Opera House, on Sunday, October 2nd, at 8 p.m.
