Blaine Chadwick uploaded a time laspe video he shot of the aweosme ice disk that was floating down the Piscataquis River in Milo, back on december 17th of last year. The coolest part is when he goes underneath a bridge!

As you may remember about a year ago, a massive ice circle also formed in Westbrook
