A domestic violence charge against Waterfront Concerts' owner Alex Gray has been dismissed.

WABI-TV reports Gray successfully completed a deferred disposition sentence and the charges will now be erased from his record. Those charges stem from an incident in March of 2017 during which Gray allegedly had a physical altercation with his then-girlfriend in Portland. She accused him of slamming her head into the ground and choking her.

In October of last year, Gray changed his not guilty plea and entered into an agreement with prosecutors. He was given a deferred disposition sentence for one year, which would allow the court to dismiss a guilty plea if he followed a specific set of requirements for those 12 months. Gray successfully followed the restrictions and the charge has been dismissed.
