Brewer Hannaford Access Road To Be Closed For Repair

The very popular and well-traveled access road has been in need of repair for quite some time, at least according to some who have commented on Facebook. But, it looks as though this week may be the week where all that changes.

According to a Facebook post from the Brewer Police Department, the access road that connects Parkway South with the back area of the Brewer Shopping Center will be closed for repair this Tuesday and then part of Wednesday, July 16 and 17.

Not only is this road used for those that wish to shop within the Brewer Shopping Center, but folks also use it to gain access to Brewer High School itself, the baseball field, the Acme Road and unfortunately after a cruise through a VERY busy and confusing parking lot, Wilson Street.
