The good folks at Darling's are hosting an ice fishing benefit on Sunday, January 25th!

The event runs from 7am-3pm.

Camp Capella provides camp programs for children and adults with disabilities, and their families.

Any lake or pond in Hancock County is open to ice fishing.
Weigh-in at Camp CaPella on Phillips Lake.

RAFFLE
Buying a ticket to the derby will enter you into a raffle for the following prizes:
* 10-person weekend lakeside cabin rental on Wyman Lake
* Toboggan Snowslider
* Gift cards to McLaughlin Seafood and Anthony John's Day Spa

DERBY PRIZES
Heaviest Togue: 10-person, weekend lakeside cabin rental on Wyman Lake
Pickerel (no minimum): 2-Person Ice Shelter
Salmon (min. 18"): Ice Auger
Brook Trout (min. 12"): Jack Traps
Bass (min. 18"): Utility Ice Sled

TICKETS
Tickets are available at all Darling's locations, by calling 207-992-1727, or on the day of at Camp CaPella. Tickets are $10/person and $20/family (with children under 18). All ticket sales will benefit Camp CaPella.

PARKING, LOCATION & INFO
* Limited parking at Camp CaPella, located at 8 Pearl Point
* Park at Lucerne Inn or Dedham School and shuttle down to Camp CaPella
* Food and drinks will be available at Camp CaPella
* Weigh-in begins at 2 PM
* All Maine fishing laws apply

Parking at Camp CaPella is extremely limited. Darling's will be offering a shuttle to and from the Camp to both the auxiliary parking lot of the Lucerne Inn banquet center and the Dedham School. Derby contestants are welcome to unload at the base and then be shuttled to the fishing site.

ALL QUALIFYING FISH
For all legal fish in a qualifying category, you will receive a raffle ticket for the following:
$100 Gift Card to McLaughlin's Seafood
Coleman Portable Gas Grill
Jack Traps
Gas Card
and more!

DERBY RULES
* All Maine residents (16 yrs & older) must possess a valid Maine fishing license. Non-residents (12 and older) must possess a valid Maine fishing license.
* Only fish caught in a lake or pond in Hancock County open to ice fishing will be eligible for derby prizes.
* All State of Maine ice fishing regulations pertaining to these lakes will apply.
* The derby starts at 7AM on Sunday, January 25, 2015.
* Weigh station is at Camp CaPella, 8 Pearl Point Road.
* All fish will be registered by weight. (Should 2 fish weigh the same, the fish that measures the longest will be the winner).
* Derby officials must witness all weigh-in and measurements of fish.
* Weigh stations will be open at 2:00 PM and close at 3:00 PM.
* All decisions made by Derby officials are final.
*** If deemed necessary, any registered or weighed fish may be confiscated, opened and inspected by Derby officials. ***
* Any fish caught will count towards your legal possession limit
