Bangor Police Officer Outsmarted By Dog [VIDEO]

A rookie on the Bangor Police force was recently outrun by a little dog who just didn't want to be captured. The encounter was captured, however, on dash-cam!

Officer Robert Hallett was featured on the Bangor Police Department's Facebook page this week in his effort to capture a runaway Shih Tzu. The police had been keeping an eye out for the canine after it was reported to be on the loose when Hallett and Officer Dustin Dow spotted him behind a dumpster.

Anyone who has ever chased a dog can empathize with Officer Hallett as he fails to snag the delinquent doggy. I would guess that this video will make the company blooper video at the Christmas party!
