Bangor Area Disc Golf Fundraiser to End Hunger on August 12th

Frolthing, you know, frisbee golf.

Or disc golf.

Whatever you call it, have a day of it in Orrington on Sunday, August 12th when the Brewer Federal Credit Union puts on their 4th annual Disc Golf Tournament.

All proceeds from the event will go to the Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign to End Hunger, the largest non-hunger organization-based, philanthropic fundraising effort to end hunger in Maine where 100% of all funds raised stay right in our state.

This will be the events fourth year and will take place at DR Disc Golf, located at 5 Tupper Drive in Orrington.

Registration is 8:00 A.M. to 8:45 A.M. Play begins at 9:00 A.M.

Play will be in a three person, best throw, team format. The cost to play is $15.00 per person or register as a team of 3 for $45.00. Discs will be provided by the venue.  To register, you may download the registration form and return it with your registration fee to Brewer Federal Credit Union or complete the registration online.   Visit www.BrewerFCU.org/discgolf.
