2003 - Beyoncé

2008 - Adele

Adele crossing the pond to be featured as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, performing "Cold Shoulder" and "Chasing Pavements." Not only is it exciting to see Adele get onto American TV but she's also joined by political superstar, Sarah Palin, which makes for a very memorable episode.

2010 - Bruno Mars

Heartthrob and musician extraordinaire, Bruno Mars, is #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with 'Just the Way You Are'. Oh, the fedora days.

2016 - twenty one pilots

The American band stays steady at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 with their tune 'Heathens', featured on the soundtrack 'Suicide Squad'.
