Shawshank Redemption.  This movie came out when I was a kid and I have always appreciated the story of friendship, loyalty and cleverness.  The realism of the story makes the twists and turns a little more exciting for me.

Stand By Me.  When Stand By Me came out, I was pretty much the same age as the boys in the movie. So I guess I related to it a bit.
