Every week the Z will post a question to all you fans about what you think about this or that. It could be a national craze or just a hot topic on the station for the week. You hear our thoughts on the airwaves and we're bringing it to the internet with our 'Tell the Z' weekly poll.

Check out this week's question and how the DJs (Kid, Sarah and Cori) answered below.  You ready?  Let's do this.

Let your thoughts be known:

Do you usually open any presents before Christmas Day?

Kid

No! My mom likes to drag it out. Even now, we don't open gifts till the early afternoon, and sometimes later. Her reasoning for this, is that if you rip your presents open at 6am, the day is over. So she enjoys torturing us.

Sarah

Yes.  Growing up, the kids were allowed to open one present on Christmas Eve.  We also had to look at the presents for a while before Christmas so it was always an exercise of patience.  I do remember peeling the corners of the packages to see if I could identify anything, but nothing sticks out to me that much of those efforts.  Now that I'm in control of the gift opening timeline, we allow for one present be opened for each child of the parents choosing.  But, the hubs has a steadfast rule of no presents under the tree until after the kids go to bed on Christmas Eve, so, at least they aren't tortured like my brother and I were seeing all the presents for many days before Christmas morning.

Cori

Yes.  In my family, we’ve always opened one small present after we get back from church on Christmas Eve.

Alright, Z Nation, now it's your turn to answer this week's Z Nation Sound Off question.
