Watch A Woman’s Bizarre Dance At A Portland City Council Meeting [VIDEO]

At least she didn't whip and nae nae.

Things got a little weird at a Portland City Council meeting last week when local artist Sara Juli performed a rather odd interpretive dance during the monthly "artist in the chamber" program.

The dance takes a really interesting turn when Sara decided to crawl onto the lap of a of a gentleman who looks very uncomfortable to say the least.

Is it weird? Definitely, but it sure made a random city council meeting more eventful.;
