It seems these days that there is literally an app for everything in our lives. There are even apps to helps us find helpful apps. Let that one sink in for a minute, eh? Well, no surprise here that there is yet another app designed to help us with our existing romantic relationships.

This app launched just a couple days ago at the beginning of October and is called 'Paired'. According to CEO and Co-founder Kevin Shanahan, “Our relationship with our partner is one of the most important parts of our lives: it affects our physical health, our mental health, and the lives of our children. However, there aren’t many solutions to help couples keep their relationship healthy. Most are designed for couples in distress”.

The app has partnered with Dr. Pepper Schwartz (Yes, Dr. Pepper) from the University of Washington to help design audio courses, daily tips and even quizzes to help keep partners engaged in the relationship and constantly continuing to learn more about each other. Some of the topics covered in the app include sex, intimacy, managing conflict, and even parenting.

After you download the app, you're given the option to 'pair' the app with your partner so that you can swap answers and see how the other person is responding to the same questions. Or, if you so choose, you can keep your answers private and to yourself only. The designers say that most people use the Paired app for about 5 minutes a day and then are urged to have a one on one discussion for 5 minutes with their partners about their answers.
