A YouTuber who calls himself "Redneck Computer Geek" posted a very detailed explanation of why he feels that Maine's yearly state vehicle inspections are a total scam.

This isn't just a few angry opinions, he goes on for about 16 minutes, complete with photos backing up his theory.

All this comes on the heels of lawmakers considering bypassing yearly inspections here in Maine.
